Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in the World.

Cost
Shipping is free on orders worth $50 and above. No minimum spend.

Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days
of payment clearing.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Some items ship from a local
warehouse and arrive much faster; others come from our international partners.
We'll email you a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse, so you
can follow it the whole way.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take
2–5 days to show its first scan.

Customs and import duties
Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged on arrival are the customer's
responsibility. Most small parcels pass through without any extra charge, but we
can't guarantee it.

Delays
Public holidays, customs backlogs, and courier delays are outside our control. If
your parcel is stuck, email us and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't refund orders lost because
of an incorrect address you supplied .
