We want you and your pet to be happy. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
Our 30-day promise
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
What can be returned
- Items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or were not what you ordered
What can't be returned
- Grooming and hygiene items once opened or used (brushes, spa and sponge products)
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
We will replace it or refund you in full, and you pay nothing for return shipping.
If you simply changed your mind
The item must come back unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is
at your cost, and we'll refund the product price once we receive it.
How to start a return
Email lutendomudau000@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
We'll reply within 48 hours with the return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original
payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Late or missing orders
Delivery estimates are 10–25 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within
30 days, contact us and we'll investigate or refund you.
